Some artists and groups, it would seem, only get better with age. This is most definitely the case with British Progressive Rock legends Uriah Heep. Blessed with a career that now spans nearly four decades (!), the improbably long-running quintet initially established themselves as one of the era's premiere acts via seminal early releases such as Demons And Wizards and The Magician’s Birthday. Recently, as a part of the debut of our GeekCasts audio and video interview series, veteran guitarist (and sole remaining original member) Mick Box was kind enough to take a break from his decidedly hectic schedule to speak with us regarding, among many other things, the release of the group’s latest sonic masterpiece Wake The Sleeper.
